I didn't get the verification email.

Check spam, then resend from /signup or /login forgot-password.

If a transactional email (signup verification, password reset, audit alert) doesn't arrive within 5 minutes:

  1. Check your spam / junk folder. Whitelist noreply@llmsubmitter.com.
  2. Use the Resend link on /signup if you're mid-signup, or /login -> Forgot password if you're past that step.
  3. Confirm your email address matches what you signed up with - typos here are common.
  4. If you're on a corporate mail filter, your IT team may need to add llmsubmitter.com + pm.mtasv.net (Postmark) to their allowlist.
