Terms of service
Last updated: 27 April 2026
These terms govern your use of LLM Submitter. By creating an account or using the free tools, you agree to them.
1. Service
LLM Submitter is a Generative Engine Optimization platform: we audit websites for AI-readiness, generate fixes (llms.txt, JSON-LD schema, robots.txt), submit URLs to participating search engines via IndexNow, and (on paid tiers) track AI crawler visits and brand citations across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini.
2. Account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us at security@llmsubmitter.com if you suspect compromise. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service (e.g. auditing sites you don't own at scale, attempting to bypass rate limits).
3. Acceptable use
- You must own or have permission to audit any URL you submit beyond the rate-limited public free audit.
- You must not use the IndexNow submission feature to spam search engines with URLs you don't own.
- You must not reverse-engineer, scrape or attempt to disrupt the service.
- Citation tracking prompts must not include personal data of third parties.
4. Pricing & payments
Pricing is in pounds sterling (GBP). VAT is added where applicable per UK and EU rules; a valid VAT number triggers reverse-charge on EU B2B sales. Subscriptions auto-renew; cancel anytime in your billing dashboard for end-of-period termination, or contact us for an immediate refund within the 14-day money-back window.
5. Refunds
14-day full refund on any new paid plan, no questions asked. Annual plans: prorated refund within 30 days of purchase, no refund after.
6. Service level
We target 99.5% monthly availability. We don't currently offer SLA credits - but if we materially fail to deliver the service for an extended period, contact us and we'll make it right.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of LLM Submitter is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be excluded under UK law.
8. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms with reasonable notice. On termination, your data is retained for 30 days then hard-deleted (see Privacy Policy).
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes go to the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes
We'll email notification of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. The version on this page is the current one.
