How do I update my card or cancel?

Open /app and click Manage billing - opens the Stripe Customer Portal.

The Stripe Customer Portal handles every billing self-service:

  1. Open /app.
  2. Click Manage billing in the dashboard sidebar (POSTs to /app/billing/portal which opens the portal in the same tab).
  3. From there: update card, change tier, view invoices, download PDFs, cancel.

Monthly plans cancel at the next renewal. Annual plans get a prorated refund within 30 days of purchase, no refund after. Every paid plan also has a 14-day no-questions money-back guarantee on top.
