The Stripe Customer Portal handles every billing self-service:
- Open /app.
- Click Manage billing in the dashboard sidebar (POSTs to /app/billing/portal which opens the portal in the same tab).
- From there: update card, change tier, view invoices, download PDFs, cancel.
