Refund policy:
- New paid plan, any reason, within 14 days - full refund. Email support@llmsubmitter.com or use /contact?plan=support and we issue it within 1 business day.
- Annual plan, within the first 30 days - prorated refund based on days used (e.g. day 18 of 365 = ~95% refund). After 30 days, no refund.
- Monthly plan, after the 14-day window - no refund, but cancelling stops the next renewal so you only paid for what you used.
How to cancel:
- Self-service: /app/billing -> Cancel subscription. Defaults to cancel-at-period-end so you keep access until your next renewal date, then drop to free. Reversible via Resume any time before that date.
- Cancel-immediately is admin-only (we will run it for you on request via /contact?plan=support if you want the refund-and-stop combo).
What you do NOT lose by cancelling:
- Your sites, audits, prompts, briefs all stay accessible until you delete them.
- Your Stripe customer record + invoice history stays for 6 years (HMRC requirement).
- You can re-subscribe any time without re-creating data.
